1. Print and complete the following required paperwork and mail OR email the completed forms to registerctwonc@gmail.com back to us before camp starts.

2. Either mail in a check with the paperwork or to pay online click on the link below to pay your registration fee (if a scholarship is not requested). Make sure to enter a note of "Registration for (attendee's name)" in the "Write a note" optional section.

3. Your registration will be delivered to us after clicking "Submit"
